My name is Dia Nayun, and I am a final-year psychology undergraduate student. My ultimate goal is to become a Clinical Psychologist to help and support people become better versions of themselves, but through my time at Teesside University, I have also developed a strong interest in research within psychology. My primary research interests lie in and around cognition, memory and decision-making.
During my 8-week internship with the lab, I would like to learn about and engage in the full process, start to finish, of how psychological research is conducted within a lab setting. I would also love the opportunity to be able to present an academic poster that details this process.
